This project the happened by coincidence. Moving to a new country where you don’t know anyone can be tough, and there are times of loneliness when you question you decisions, motivation, and the value of both.

This photo project occurred when I was in quarantine with covid after returning to Germany from Scotland. I had two weeks of being confined to a bedroom so used this opportunity to document isolation of the physical and mental self.
